Success story : BIB filling and packaging for jam

TECHNIBAG designed, made and assisted with the start-up of a PREMIA model semi-automatic filling machine, on a high-end jam production site based in Lot-Et-Garonne, in France. The client wanted to pack their jam in BIB for use in innovative dispensers designed for hotels, local authorities, specialist shops etc.

The client wanted the transfer and filling of their jams to not have any effect on the original quality of the product. BIB packaging meant an efficient dispensing system could be used and opened up new commercial development prospects. The project took place over a period of one month, with TECHNIBAG carrying out a feasibility study, and also the design, manufacture, FAT, and assistance in commissioning plus SAT with a local partner.
