Success story : automatic vacuum bag filling and packaging line for ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and sauces

TECHNIBAG designed, made, installed and commissioned an automatic vacuum bag filling and packaging line for ketch’up, mayonnaise, mustard and emulsified sauces for a specialist client in the food and fast-food industry. The automatic line includes a B’BOOSTER filling machine, a C’BOOSTER crater and a taper. The client wanted to install an automated vacuum bag filling and packaging process, meeting the need for high speed, hygiene and versatility (multi-product, changing of recipes etc.). The crates of vacuum bags of ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and other emulsified sauces are then shipped to food trucks or fast-food sites where the bags are put in dispensers. The project was rolled out over a 6-month period. TECHNIBAG carried out the feasibility study, and also the design, manufacture, FAT, installation and commissioning with SAT.
