Filling machine for separate BIB and POUCH vacuum bags, in a range of formats
Compact and ergonomic, the BIB’UP SMART filling machine is ideal for small and medium production runs of 1.5 to 20-litre BIB and 1.5 to 3-litre POUCH vacuum bags.
The table-top BIB’ UP SMART TOP 180 is fully equipped as standard and comes with a wide range of options to suit your sector of activity. It can handle 180 to 290 3L BIB bags per hour*, at high temperature, in cold chain or at ambient temperature.

OPERATION AND DEGREE OF AUTOMATION
Complete filling cycle with manual and automated stages:
• Manual operations:
insertion of empty bag then, using an ergonomic lever arm: removal of tap, insertion of filling head into neck, launch of filling cycle
• Automated operations:
vacuum created in bag, filling and counting to programmed volume, nitrogen injection (if programmed)
• Final manual operations:
using ergonomic lever arm, repositioning of filling head, refitting and insertion of tap

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
• For use in cleaning, priming and filling modes
• Controlled from the filling machine display
• Two setpoints: minimum and maximum, with programmable production halt management
• Configurable data recording and transfer on demand
FASTER FILLING RATES
• Depending on your production needs, the BIB’UP SMART is designed to control an external pump
• STOP & GO operation for each filling cycle, managed by the filling machine’s PLC
